Kagie learners can request deletion of their Kagie account and associated account data from this page.
- Use the button below or email support@kagie.app.
- Send the email address used for your Kagie account and write that you want your Kagie account deleted.
- Kagie may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before deletion is completed.
Request deletion of data without deleting the account
If you want Kagie to delete selected learner data, documents, drafts, or support data while keeping your account open, send a data deletion request and describe which information should be removed.
What may be deleted
Account deletion can remove the Kagie account profile and associated learner application data that Kagie controls, such as saved profile details, draft application information, uploaded documents, notices, and support records where deletion is permitted.
Kagie may retain limited records where needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment reconciliation, or application support history. The response to your request will explain any retention that applies.
